We CANNOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges on custom-made items (e.g SELECTING WRONG SIZE) , except for any manufacturing damage to the item. However, if you have any questions, you can definitely contact us and request support.

Refunds/returns or exchanges are ACCEPTED ONLY for the following situations.

- wrong product
- wrong size (sending a different size from the size purchased)
- damaged product
- wrong or different printing
